These terms apply to the website, online forms, messages, and online course library of the National Institute of Dental Assisting ("NIDA," "we," "us"). By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Who can use our services

You must be at least 18 years old to apply. You agree that the information you give us is true, current, and complete.

2. Applications and enrollment

Sending an inquiry or an application does not enroll you or guarantee you a seat. Enrollment is complete only when NIDA accepts your application, receives your deposit, and has your required documents on file. Your enrollment is governed by your enrollment agreement with NIDA. If these terms and your enrollment agreement conflict, the enrollment agreement controls.

3. Deposits, tuition, and refunds

Deposits, tuition, payment plans, and refunds are governed by your enrollment agreement and NIDA's refund policy, which are given to you before you pay. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor and are also subject to that processor's terms.

4. No guarantee of employment or earnings

NIDA provides training. We do not guarantee a job, a job placement, a wage, or a salary. Any employment or wage information on our site is general information from the source named, not a promise about your results.

5. Online course library

If you enroll, we give you a login to the online course library for the length of your class. Your access is personal to you. You agree not to share your login, and not to copy, record, or distribute course materials. Access ends when your class ends, or earlier if your enrollment ends.

6. Text messages

If you opt in on one of our forms, NIDA will send you text messages about the program you asked about, your application, and your enrollment, and, if you separately agree, promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call (910) 304-2300. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of applying or enrolling. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our website, forms, or course library. That includes submitting false information, trying to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfering with how the services run, or using them for anything unlawful.

8. Our content

The text, images, videos, course materials, and logos on our website and in the course library belong to NIDA or its licensors. You may view them for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reuse them without our written permission.

9. Links to other sites

Our site may link to websites we do not run. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

10. Disclaimers

Our website and its content are provided "as is." We work to keep the information accurate and current, but we do not promise that it is complete or free of errors. Program details, schedules, and tuition can change. The terms in your enrollment agreement are the ones that apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, NIDA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, forms, or messages. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under your enrollment agreement or under laws that cannot be waived.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the effective date. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
